一、产品说明: Ⅰ.Product description:
压缩空气中含有较多的尘埃，金属磨损污垢，凝结水，润滑
剂,酸性冷凝液,油雾以及碳氢化合物等,如果不将这些有害物质
除去,则将导致自动化设备故障,仪器、仪表失灵，工艺污染导致
产品品质下降，甚至废品等，严重影响生产运行。而造成经济上
的重损失。因此，选择效率高，压损小的压缩空气过滤器是解决
这类问题最为经济而有效的方法。

TQ系列压缩空气过滤器，采用进口高效分离滤料和专用海绵
等材料制作各种规格和精度等级的滤芯，外壳采用优质铝合金和
碳钢材料，运用先进工艺加工，静电喷涂环氧树脂粉末，光亮平
整的外观，等效替代进口听滤芯的性能，完善而又可靠的附件功

二、结构原理:Ⅱ.Structural principle:
精密过滤由于滤壳结构不同分法兰式和压盖式两种基本形式，
上游压缩空气经进气口和滤芯上盖通气孔进入滤芯，由
于滤芯由多层不同作用的过滤材料构成，压缩空气通过
拦截，惯性、重力、扩散及吸附等效应，使其中的水汽，
尘埃，油雾化学异味物质被阻隔截留，纯净的压缩空气
通过滤芯从滤壳腔体的出气通道进入下游，源源不断供
应气动装置使用，被截留的水分，油雾、尘埃等有害物
质被收集在滤壳底部，达到一定容量后由自动排水器自
动打开阀门使之排出机外。

2．由于各种型号的滤芯液体负载能力不一，选配和安装
过滤芯必须严格遵循 TQ-Q-P-S-C 级“先粗后精”原
则组合配置，顺序不能颠倒，否则不仅达不到预定的
过滤效果，还将过早损坏滤芯器件。

3．滤芯是过滤器的主要部件，工作时要定期检查进出口
的 压 降 ， 本 系 列 过 滤 器 初 期 压 降 约 为
~(每支),随着使用时间增长,滤芯压降
逐渐增长。当压降达到 时,说明该滤芯已被
脏物堵塞,应及时更换,避免在压降 情况下
继续使用。更换新滤芯时应拧紧中间的长螺杆并注意
上端密封圈是否完好。

4．过滤器安装应对地垂直，留有一定的离地高度，便于
调换滤芯。

5．不带自动排水器的过滤器，应定时打开手动球阀，排
除滤壳积水。通常每班不少于 1~2次。
