[Abstract] Objective To study the influence of psychological factors on the patients with
reflux and to explore the more effective treatment plan. Methods 70 patients with reflux
sore throat combined anxiety or depression were randomly divided into two groups from
September 2013 to March 2015 the experimental group 35 cases and control group 35
cases . The control group were given omeprazole tanshinone capsule and west pyrazole
ammonium chloride lozenges for the first course and joined Deanxit for the second course
of the treatment The group were combined with Deanxit in the treatment of the two
courses and then the clinical efficacy of the two groups before and after treatment had
been followed up. Results After one course of the treatment the effective rate of the
experimental group was % the control group was % the experimental group
was significantly better than the control group. After second courses of treatment the RSI
score of control group was ± the second courses was better than the first
one. Conclusion The cinical effect of the treatment for the patients with reflux who were
treated by Deanxit eprazole and so on is obvious we should pay attention to the impact
of social psychological factors on the disease looking forward to better relief.
