P The Application of WeChat’s Continuous Nursing Care in
Postoperative Patients with Laryngeal Carcinoma/WEI Yong-ping WEI Lian-su WEI Hai-

Abstract Objective To explore the application and effect of WeChat continuous
nursing service in postoperative patients with laryngeal 56 patients were
diagnosed with laryngeal carcinoma and with surgical resection or partial laryngectomy in
our hospital from September 2015 to September 2016 were selected according to hospital
number of single and double the patients were divided into observation group and control
group 28 cases in each patients of two groups were hospitalized during the
routine treatment and nursing the control group was discharged from the hospital after the
routine nursing care on the basis of routine nursing instruction the observation group
received continuous nursing care in 6 months after discharge of quality of life
after discharge knowledge of disease and satisfaction in the hospital within 6 months of
two groups were 1 3 6 months after discharge the quality of life
disease knowledge and satisfaction with nursing work of observation group were
significantly better than those in control group the differences were statistically significant
