[Abstract] Objective To discuss the effect of cardiac-mental nursing in patients receiving
selective coronary artery intervention. Methods 300 patients treated by selective coronary
artery intervention in our hospital from January to December in 2015 were selected and
randomly divided into observation group n=150 and control group n=150 .Patients in
control group were given general nursing while patients in observation group were given
general nursing plus cardiac-mental nursing of psychological features
of patients were analyzed and their effects on satisfaction and success rate of radial artery
puncture were also compared. Results There was no significant difference in anxiety self
rating scale SAS and self rating depression scale SDS between the two groups at
admission and the difference was not statistically significant P> .After nursing care
the SAS score SDS score nursing satisfaction radial artery puncture success rate in
observation group was significantly better than that in the control group respectively P
