Besides, free flow of the crowds and traffic have negative impact on the spatial environment. Enclosing spatial layout has centralized effect with kind of privacy but with poor connectivity with external, which is mostly offered to those working in the building. From network configuration aspect, the current road is designed for cars instead of people. 建成环境 场地公共空间分析 Analysis of Site Public Space BUILT ENVIRONMENT 青山湖科技城云制造（创客）小镇概念规划及城市设计 CONCEPTUAL PLAN & URBAN DESIGN 0F CLOUD MANUFATURING (MAKER) TOWN IN QINGSHAN LAKE SCI-TECH CITY 23 C 视角A中，左侧为越秀综合体商业街建筑层数3-4层空间尺度适宜。视 线右侧为中试区厂房，建筑层数1-3层，视线开阔，可以看到远处山景。 视角B中，左侧为研发办公建筑层数2-7层，视线内皆为多层建筑。视线 右侧为行政服务大楼以及研发办公区，建筑层数2-5层，空间尺度适宜。 可以看到远处的山景。 视角C位于香港大学东侧小山坡上，视线内可观看到小镇内沿大园路 两侧的各类建筑。 大园路是景观视域的主要路径。两侧山峦起伏非常具有视觉看点。 现状建筑松散的体量和过高的高度显得沿路两侧都市化强而小镇感弱， 且不利于周边自然山体景观的体现。 视角 A 视角 B 视角 C Dayuan road is the main path of landscape sightseeing. The mountainous view on both sides of it is very interesting. The loose size and high altitude of the existing buildings form an image of a city instead of a town. It does no help to show the surrounding natural mountain landscape. Viewing point A: Yuexiu commerical complex is at left hand with 3-4 storeys, a pleasant scale. Pilot plants are at right hand with 1-3 storeys, a open view with distant mountains. Viewing point B: Office blocks are at left hand with 2-7 storeys. Administrative services and R&D office buildings are at right hand with 2-5 storeys, a suitable spatial scale. The distant mountains are visible. Viewing point C: This viewing point is located in the east hillside in Hongkong University. The site is far from regional transportation facilities like rail, highway and airport. Besides, it is restricted by terrain and thus suffers inconvenient traffic. From Dayuan Road to Keji Avenue is the only channel in this project. Traffic transfer need to be considered because of negative rail transit in the site. Freiburg Landuse 2020 planned to construct mostly around old city and partly outspread to mountain areas. It is located in the north of Baden-Wurttemberg, only 80 km from Frankfurt. Here are all the romantic elements which people love, like green hills, clear water, old castle. Tourist town with long-history culture Heidelberg University is Germany's oldest university. The campus is scattered in the old town. Tourist attractions are intensive in Heidelberg's old town. Winding Neckar strung up the main attractions on both sides of it. The main street of old town is parallel to Neckar is the longest pedestrian street in Europe. The first one which is the closest to the bank is characterized by riverside open space; the second one is the interface formed by corridor building; the third one, the farthest is featured by its old town texture of curvy-shape enclosed space. Public space exists in enclosed space and is implanted along the streets. This area is highly mixed with commerce, enterprises, housing and tourism. Organic spatial structure New town area is mainly constructed with point-type buildings and high rise buildings. In this area, the urban texture is clear but the public space struture is vague. German-type blocks with distinctive architectural style are easy to draw attentions. The high density built environment and the good location is attractive for makers. The center is also suitable to be the living center of the whole valleys on the eastern side valleys are ecological residential communities. The northern slope of the valleys is very suitable as a functional area with universities. Industry itself is inseparable from research in university . The site is too big and is in a long and narrow form, which is not easy be attractive. Our project combines land conditions to set up three different styles of German neighborhoods.
