Abstra ct:“Wages Total Dynamic Payment in Second College”is a p ractical salary distribution means for the
reform of post pe rformance sa lary system in colleges. It can effec tively enhance the awarene ssof cost accounting and
management, arouse the enthusiasm and initiatives of the teaching and administrative staff, and strengthen opera2
tions because it ha s expanded the autonomy of the College (Department and Office) income distribution and estab2
lished evaluation mechanism s. The Post Performance Salary System has two important princip les of Contribution
Heterogeneity andMarginal Incentive Effec t. Meanwhile, a comp lete performance eva luationmechanism is the guar2
antee for the norma lopera tion of the Performance Salary System. College Performance Sala ry System needs to be im2
plemented under the p re requisite s of clear posts and public se lec tion, to e stablish an effec tive performance evalua2
tion mechanism, and to form the positive correla tion between performance and salary so as to fulfill its stimulating
function.
