《管理学家》清华 MBA 第三届企业案例大赛竞赛章程
第一章总则
第一条 《管理学家》清华 MBA 第三届企业案例大赛在清华大学经管学院 MBA
教育中心的指导下,由清华大学 MBA 同学会公共关系部主办,《管理学
家》协办。
第二条 大赛宗旨:清华案例大赛以“公平、公正、公开”的原则,考察学生对商
业案例的综合分析能力,推动案例学习氛围,从而提高未来管理精英的
管理实践能力。通过比赛既提升了清华 MBA 的品牌知名度,更重要的是
加强了未来管理者与企业间的联系与沟通。
第二章组织机构
第三条 本届大赛成立组织委员会,由清华大学 MBA 同学会公共关系部组成,
负责赛事宣传、活动组织、常规事务处理等工作。
第四条 本届大赛成立评审委员会,邀请校内外著名专家学者和相关行业专业人
士担任评委,负责本次大赛作品的评审和鉴定。
第三章奖项设置和评奖方式
第五条 评审方式:本届大赛分为预赛和决赛,评委以准确性、逻辑性和有效性
为基本评审原则,按组委会和评委会统一制定的评分标准对作品进行量
化评分。在预赛中选出八支团队进入决赛。
第六条 所有奖项在进入决赛的团队中产生。大赛设置奖项包括
团体奖:
第一名:奖金 8000 元人民币,颁发获奖证书;
第二名:奖金 3000 元人民币,颁发获奖证书;
第三名:奖金 1000 元人民币*2,颁发获奖证书;
优胜团队奖:奖金 500 元人民币*4,颁发获奖证书;
最具人气奖 2 名:奖金 1000 元人民币*2,颁发获奖证书。
第四章参赛资格及报名方式
第七条 凡清华大学在读学生均可报名参赛,同时欢迎北京其它高校 MBA 参赛。
第八条 以小组为单位报名,每组四名成员,可自由组队,并选出一名成员作为
联系人。但每组不得超过两名留学生。每组应确定组名,中英文均可。
第九条 报名时间为 2007 年 11 月 22 日至 2007 年 11 月 25 日晚 24:00。
第十条填 写 报 名 表 , 表 中 所 有 信 息 应 保 持 完 整 , 将 报 名 表 发 送 至
tsinghuacase2007@,报名成功后会收到组委会的确认邮件。若
报 名 当 天 晚 24:00 前 未 收 到 确 认 邮 件 请 联 系
@。
第五章大赛规则
第十二条 预赛前一周,组委会将向参赛小组发放预赛案例。
第十三条 预赛结束后,组委会将尽快公布预赛结果,并于决赛前一周向进入
决赛的小组发放决赛案例。
第十四条 各参赛小组需在赛前将案例分析制作成 PowerPoint 文档用于现场演
示。所有小组必须在开赛前 10 分钟将电子文档交至组委会,否则视为自
动弃权。
第十五条 各参赛小组需在 PowerPoint 文档中加入清华经管学院的 Logo(见
附录)。
第十六条 预赛中,每个小组现场参赛时间共 12 分钟,其中选手演示时间为 8
分钟,现场提问时间为 4 分钟。
第十七条 决赛中,每个小组现场参赛时间共 20 分钟,其中选手演示时间为 12
分钟,现场提问时间为 8 分钟。
第十八条 演示文档和现场演示可以使用中文或英文,但无论使用哪种语言都
不会获得额外加分。
第十九条 清华大学参赛小组成员在现场演示过程中均需佩戴清华大学校徽。
第六章附则
第二十条 参赛团队必须保证在案例分析过程中不侵犯任何第三方的知识产权
或商业机密。如出现有关纠纷,责任完全由参赛者承担。
第二十一条 主办方对所有参赛小组提交的稿件保留编辑和重印、出版这部分内
容的权利。

《iManagement》Tsinghua MBA the Third Corporation Case
Competition Constitution
Chapter1 General Rules
1. The Third 《iMangement》 Tsinghua MBA Case Contest is mainly organized by
Public Relationship Department of Tsinghua University MBA Student Association,
and assisted by 《iMangement》.
2. Contest tenet: The principles of The Third 《iMangement》 Tsinghua MBA Case
Contest are “Fair, Just, Open”. By the contest, review students’ compositive analyzing
ability; activate case studying atmosphere; improve management practice ability of
future management elites, strengthen the affiliation and communication between
enterprise and future manager and enhance well-know degrees of Tsinghua MBA
brand.
Chapter 2 Organization Structure
3. The contest establishes Organizing Committee, which is composed by Public
Relationship Department of Tsinghua University MBA Student Association.
Members in the committee are in charge of propagandizing, organization and normal
issues.
4. The contest establishes Senate Committee, which invites famous specialists and
scholars, which comes from outside or inside campus, to preside over passing
judgment on.
Chapter 3 Award setting and choosing method
5. Judgment method: the whole contest concludes two parts: preliminary contest and
final contest. Senate Committee will give the final score following the rules strictly;
obeying the basic principle—accurate, logical and effective, and considering the unite
standard that is made by Organizing Committee and Senate Committee. There will be
8 teams having chance to emerge in final contest.
6. All awards will generate in the final contest. Reward setting:
Team prize:
The 1st prize: Rewarded with RMB 8,000.
The 2nd prize: Rewarded with RMB 3,000.
The 3rd prize: Rewarded with RMB 1,000*2.
Winner Team: Rewarded with RMB 500*4.
Most Popular Participator for individual: 1,000*2.
Chapter 4 Qualification & Entering Method:
8. All the Tsinghua students can take part in the contest.
9. You should enter by teams. Each team should include 4 members. You can
compose team freely, but each one team can not contain more than two international
students. Each team should choose a member as link person. Each team should have a
team name which can be in English or Chinese.
10. Entering time is 2007-11-22 to 2007-11-25 24:00.
11. Download the entry form from the authority website. All the fields in the form are
required, and send the entering Email to tsinghuacase2007@, and you will
receive a confirmation Email from the committee. If you have not received the Email
before midnight of the date you sign up, please contact
@.
Chapter 5 Rules
12. One week before the heat, the heat case will be handed out to the teams.
13. After the heat, the committee will announce the result of it, and hand out the final
case to the teams entering the final.
14. Every team must prepare the PowerPoint document to do the presentation. And
every team should hand in the electronic document to the committee before 10
minutes of the beginning of the competition. Otherwise the team will be seemed as
waiver.
15. Every team needs to add the logos of SEM to the PowerPoint document.
16. In the heat, every team has 12 minutes. There are 8 minutes for the presentation
and 4 minutes for the Q&A.
17. In the final, every team has 20 minutes. There are 12 minutes for the presentation
and 8 minutes for the Q&A.
18. The PowerPoint document and presentation can be in Chinese or English. No
matter which language is used, the team will not gain the added score.
19. Every team’s members are acquired to adorn our school badge in the process of
the competition.
Chapter 6 Supplementary Articles
20. All the teams must promise they will not pirate any the third party’s commercial
secret. Otherwise the duties should be assumed by the team.
21. The host has the right to edit and publish the content of the document handed in
by the teams.
22. The competition’s authority website is SEM MBA education web
( which is used to issue the information and the
documents of the competition. Please pay attention to it.
23. The constitution become effective after it is publicized, and it will be explained by
the committee.
