In the 90’s the poetry writing could not avoid the body “involvement”đregardless of the masculine poet or the feminine poet. In their poems are always, more or lessđvague or straightforward concerns relating to pornography. In the poetry, pornography is not necessarily indicated with body’s naked early poems of the 90’s poetry are partial in the intense natural suggestion and the ambiguous description. But “the lower part” writing highlighted body's sexual affection. However, there are certain conflicts of interests between commercial banks’ role on reviewing and providing service. Some banks even help companies to circumvent Forex regulations or break the rules. The authority of Forex regulation is hurt and the goals of macroeconomic management are impeded consequently. Based on the cost-benefit analysis of the reviewing obligation, the paper concludes the essential elements, initially establishes a regime control model, and proposes measures that will strengthen commercial banks' ability to fulfil reviewing obligation.
