The Computational Finance (CF) Program at Purdue University is a group of academic
departments that offer Master's and . degrees with an emphasis on quantitative finance, and
that contain faculty members with academic and research interests in cutting-edge investment
science.
The core of the CF Program is comprised of three Master's degrees with Specialization in
Computational Finance:
MBA in Management with CF specialization
MS in Mathematics with CF specialization
MS in Statistics with CF specialization.
These degrees are highly coordinated, and share a minumum of 15 credit hours of common
Computational Finance courses, on top of as many hours of standard courses that are specific to
each department. Students with these degrees have acquired the mathematical and statistical
theory and tools, the computational experience, and the financial knowledge that are the basis of
today's investment finance industry, including derivative pricing, portfolio management, risk
management, and their associated numerical methods.

These can be courses from any department or school. The CF advisor will help students make a
selection. Possible departments to choose from include: Management, Economics, Statistics,
Computer Science, Agricultural Economics, and Industrial Engineering. Possible topics include:
Advanced finance seminar, Portfolio management, Security analysis, Macroeconomics,
International monetary problems, Financial time series, Bayesian statistics in finance, and
Monte-Carlo methods.
A typical degree plan for the MS degree in Mathematics with CF specialization will look like this:

4.教育学院
教育学院是印第安纳州北部最大的教育人才培养基地，为各级小学、初高中及大学提供高
素质师资人材，并提供各类师资培训。下属师范教育系，教育学系。拥有1个硕士点，1个本
科专业。建有教育传媒实验室。
5.护理学院
护理学院是学校较具特色的学院，旨在培养社会需要的临床及家庭护理专业高级人材。拥
有2个硕士点，1个本科专业。建有护理实验室。
6.人文学院
人文学院专业众多，覆盖面广，涉及文学、艺术、哲学、政治、历史、司法、社会学、生
理学、营养学、大众传媒、外语、酒店管理以及婴幼儿早期教育、健康保健、婚姻与家庭、
家政服务等，下属行为科学系、传播艺术系、英语和哲学系、外语和文学系、历史和政治系。

（二）研究生教育
研究生教育重点是培养研究生的创造性思维，提高实际科研能力，增进团队精神。除理论
学习外，学生要大量参与研究领域内的科研活动。全校设有1个流动博士站，21个硕士学位授

（三）学校环境及设施
学校占地面积167公顷。环境优美，景色宜人。校园由办公区、教学区、图书馆、学生生
