CSD will be only responsible for two weeks liability;
Liability is based on RTF not PRF; DCR will be considered in excess calculation;
CSD will be only responsible for custom parts liability;
Carton and color box are JIT items without liability;
PCB, special connectors, tempan, I/O shield, non-common used CD Kit are custom parts;
Custom parts need RD’s written approval and validation;
Liability logic:
Liability=5 wks demand(RTF) – (current week+ coming 2 weeks plan);
If last week’s liability > this week’s actual build, liability = last 2 week’s liability – current week build;
If last week’s liability< this week’s actual build, liability = these 2 week’s liability – current week build;
