This program is compiled by the bidding documentation of DSM-WLS1-I
Performance Coating Project, general QA/QC requirement, our company’s QA/QC
program, before carrying out the project, we will compile more detailed ITP
for each sub item and submit DSM for approval. This program applies to the
whole process quality control for DSM-WLS1-I Performance Coating Project.
依据 DSM-MLSI-I项目的招标文件、《承包商质量体系通用要求》、本公司质量体系和质
量管理程序编制本质量计划,执行前会针对每个分项编制更详细的 ITP,报 DSM批准后执
行。本质量计划适用于 DSM-WLS1-I项目全过程质量控制。
objective质量目标
Ensure the project complies with technical requirement stipulated in the
contract, national laws and regulations requirements and requirement
mentioned by owner. To ensure unit project reaches the goal of 100% once
acceptance rate, contract performance rate and customer satisfaction reach
to 100%, prevent quality accident. Execute as per DSM quality management
procedure and meets the technical requirements and government regulations
during the construction.
保证工程符合合同规定的技术要求、国家法律法规要求以及业主在合同中的要求。保
证单位工程一次验收合格率达到 100%,合同履约率 100%;顾客满意度 100%以上,杜
绝质量事故。施工过程中严格执行 DSM质量管理程序及合同规定的技术要求、国家法
律法规要求。

We would establish project management department for this project according
to company management standard. The PM takes the initial responsibility for
the engineering quality and execute the quality management within scope of
authority, the QM is in charge of detailed quality management within the
scope of authority approved by PM. We also establish the quality safety
department, which implement the management and control of engineering
quality under the supervision and guidance of technical department of head
office, and set out quality control plan, take quality control measures,
especially supervise and control each working procedure and link to meet
the control requirement for the engineering quality and realize the quality
exception from the owner or management company. Our company updates the
GB/T 19001-2008 in , and obtains the ISO9001:2008 Certificate,
therefore, ensure the continuous and effective operation and improvement of
quality management system.
我公司在本项目上执行项目管理,按照公司项目管理标准成立本项目的项目经理部。项
目经理是项目工程质量的第一责任人,并在授权的范围内独立行使项目质量管理职责,
质量经理在项目经理的授权范围内具体负责项目质量管理职责。公司在项目部设置质量
安全部,该部门在总公司技术部的监督和指导下具体实施项目工程质量的管理与控制,
并根据总公司的质量计划,制定项目工程质量控制计划,确定项目工程质量的控制措施,
对项目工程每一道工序、每一个施工环节实施质量监督控制,全面贯彻落实公司对项目
工程质量的控制要求,实现业主、管理公司对项目工程的质量期望。我司于 2012年 11
月实现了 GB/T19001-2008标准的升级,并取得 ISO9001:2008证书,确保了公司质量管
理体系持续有效的运行与改进。
Our project team will manage related work strictly in accordance with the
requirement of ISO9001:2008 Standard. Establish sound quality management
system. We would execute the construction work as per quality inspection
system, design requirement as well as requirement of acceptance
specification during construction.

The project manager will be authorized to execute the quality management
to the construction quality of project on behalf of the company.
经法人代表授权,代表公司全权行使质量管理责任对工程项目施工质量负全责。
Responsibilities of quality control manager质量控制经理责任
The quality control manager shall supervise the engineering quality
under leadership of project manager. The quality control manager shall
be responsible for executing the technical standards, specifications
and quality codes during project construction. He shall be entitled to
stop, reject any activity violating the regulations and contractual
requirements, and may request to remove and rework certain activities
not in compliance with the contractual requirements.
质量控制经理在项目经理的领导下主管工程质量。负责在工程项目施工中贯彻执
行技术标准、规范和质量法规。有权停止、拒绝违反合同规定的工作,可以命令
拆除并返工某些不符合合同要求的工作。
Be responsible for external quality liaison work, participating in the
quality control meeting held by relevant parties.
负责对外质量工作联络,参加有关方面召开的质量控制会议。

The chief engineer shall manage the engineering quality under leadership
of project manager. The chief engineer shall be responsible for executing
the technical standards, specifications and quality codes during project
construction. He shall be entitled to stop, reject any activities
violating regulations and contract stipulations, may request to remove
and rework some activities not in compliance with the contract
requirements, and the personnel violating the operation regulations may
be ordered to stop work and demobilized from site.
总工程师在项目经理的领导下分管工程质量。负责在工程项目施工中贯彻执行技术标
准、规范和质量法规。有权停止、拒绝违反规定和合同的工作,可以命令拆除并返工
某些不符合合同要求的工作,并对有违返操作纪律者停止工作和驱逐出现场的权利。
Be responsible for the establishment and execution of technical
management system and quality assurance system for this project
department, and implementing and executing the technical standards,
specifications and quality codes. The chief engineer shall be responsible
for analysis, organization, and treatment of all kinds of major technical,
quality issues so as to assure the construction quality.
负责本项目部技术管理体系和质量保证体系的建立与运行,贯彻执行技术标准、规范
和质量法规。负责分析组织处理各种重大技术、质量问题,保证施工质量。
Full time quality inspector of construction team施工队专职质量检查员
Be responsible for management of quality control within his business
scope, and shall strictly execute the construction acceptance
specification, quality evaluation standard, construction design
drawing, construction technical documents and quality control rules
and regulations.
负责分管业务范围内的质量管理工作,严格执行施工验收规范、质量评定标准、
设计施工图纸、施工技术文件和质量管理规章制度。
Supervise, inspect, guide the site construction quality, and special
activities within the business scope shall be followed-up and
supervised.

Be responsible for the construction self-checking, self-controlling of
construction team, and follow-up and supervise the entire construction

Quality responsibilities of construction personnel施工作业人员质量职责
Perform the construction activities strictly according to the drawings,
technical measures, operation instructions and operation specifications,
so as to assure the construction quality. Accept the inspection and
guidance from quality supervision department.
严格按图纸、技术措施、作业指导书和岗位操作规程进行施工,保证施工质量。接受
质量监督部门的检查、指导。

Training 培训
Make a training with respect to quality management system for the
employees, which shall include organizational chart and procedural
information as well as technical and safety topics. The system shall
ensure that required procedures are available and to confirm that
personnel are well aware of the requirements and regulations pertinent to
their activities. Personnel performing final inspection and tests shall
have appropriate experience and training record.
对员工进行质量管理体系的培训,培训内容包括组织机构、程序资料,也包括与技术
和安全相关的主题。体系确保程序文件有效,并确认员工是否了解与自己工作相关活
动的要求。检测人员应有实践经验和培训经历。
Process quality inspection and test control 过程质量检验和试验的控制
The construction foreman shall organize the construction personnel to
perform self-inspection on the construction sequence and quality after
the project construction sequences is completed according to the
requirements of construction drawing and design technical documents;
the quality inspection responsible personnel shall organize the
quality inspection personnel to perform the sequence and quality
inspection on the basis of sequence and quality self-inspection of
construction group.
工程项目施工工序依据施工图纸和设计技术文件要求施工完毕后,由施工班组长
组织施工人员对施工工序质量实施自检;在施工班组工序质量自检合格的基础上,
由检验质量负责人组织质检人员实施工序质量检验。
The physical and chemical inspection and test during construction
shall organized by quality responsible person of this discipline.
施工过程的理化检验、试验,由专业质量负责人组织实施。
The chief engineer shall be responsible for the organization,
coordination and management for the quality control points within the
sequence and construction scope to be confirmed by Owner or
Supervision Company.
工序施工范围内需业主、管理公司或监理公司实施质量确认的质量控制点,由总
工程师负责组织配合与管理。
The process quality inspection, test state identification shall be
executed and managed by the quality management responsible person.
过程质量检验、试验的状态标识,由检验质量负责人负责实施与管理。
Final quality inspection and test control 最终质量检验和试验的控制
The final quality inspection and test of the project shall be executed
and managed by chief engineer; the final quality inspection and test
work of the project must be performed after process quality inspection
and acceptance.
工程项目的最终质量检验、试验工作,由总工程师负责实施与管理;工程项目的
最终质量检验、试验工作,必须在过程质量检验、试验合格后进行。
The chief engineer shall be responsible for the organization,
coordination and management for the quality control points within the
scope of project final quality inspection and test to be confirmed by
Owner or Supervision Company.
工程项目最终质量检验、试验范围内需业主或监理公司实施质量确认的质量控制
点,由总工程师负责组织配合与管理。
records 质量记录
The quality inspection and test records shall be organized, prepared
and managed by quality and safety department, and the format of
inspection and test records (report) shall be submitted to Supervision
Company for approval before construction; the construction technical
process quality records shall be collected, prepared and managed by the
quality responsible person of that discipline; the project completion
technical documents shall be organized, prepared and managed by quality
manager to provide evidence certifying that the construction quality is
in compliance with the specified requirements and that the quality
assurance system operates effectively.
质量检验和试验记录,由质安部负责组织汇编和管理,检验和试验记录(报告)的格式
在施工前应提供给监理公司批准;施工技术过程质量记录由专业质量负责人负责组织
收集、编制和管理;竣工技术文件由质量经理负责组织整编和管理,以提供工程质量
符合规定要求及质量保证体系有效运行的证据。
The quality inspection and test records shall be reviewed by Owner or
Supervision Company, timely arranged and filed, and specific personnel
shall be arranged to manage such records; the engineering documents shall
be kept simultaneously with the project progress, so as to assure that
the documents are complete and correct.
质量检验和试验记录经业主或监理公司审核后,及时整理归档,由专人负责保管.
meeting 质量会议
The project chief engineer and quality responsibility of each
discipline shall participate in the quality meeting held by Owner or
Supervision Company before work commencement according to the contract
quality scheme and inspection and test plan approved by Owner or
Supervision Company.
依据业主或监理公司批准的合同质量方案和检验与试验方案,工作开始前,项目总工
程师及专业质量负责人参加业主或监理公司召开的质量工作会议。
After organizing project QC team and researching of requirements,
instructions and construction drawings from owner or management company,
QC aplan strategy meeting attended by QC team will be held by project
engineer, with aim of how to establish and execute QC plan.
在项目质量管理团队组建完成并仔细研究业主、管理公司的项目施工图纸、说明和质
量管理要求后,将会召开一个由项目工程师主持和项目质量管理团队全体成员参加的
项目施工实施质量管理计划制定策略会议,目的是如何制定和实施项目质量管理计划;
Hold technical explanation meetings out of construction needs
实施按单位工程或专业施工需要召开技术交底会议;
Carry out the quality inspection meeting regularly to ensure construction
quality state, once issued discovered , make out special settlement plan ,
prepare the control highlight of construction quality for next week.
定期开展施工质量周检会议,以确认项目施工质量状态,对发现问题专题整改,并布
置下周施工质量控制重点;
Organize technicians to hold the special meeting for key technology. 组
织技术人员召开关键技术专题会议。
Rewards and punishments regulations for project quality management工程质
量管理奖惩规定
In order to thoroughly execute the principle of “quality first,
rewarding the good and punishing the bad”, and combine the project
quality with the economic benefit, the project manager will provide
special quality award for the departments and individuals who have
contributed to the project quality improvement in addition to the award
calculated according to the project cost.
为认真贯彻“质量第一,奖优罚劣”的方针政策,把工程质量好坏与经济效益有机结
合起来,项目经理部除按照本工程成本核算计奖外,另设专项质量奖,用于奖励对提
高工程质量有贡献的单位和个人。
Departments and individuals conforming to the following conditions
will receive an award of RMB500 – 3000, and will be praised in report.
符合下列条件的单位和个人,按规定给予 500元以上,2000元以下的奖励,并通报
表扬。
The construction activities with superior quality as measured by project
management department at site;
项目经理部现场实测实量成绩优异的施工项目:
The construction work with a best quality index of the company;
质量指标创公司最好水平的施工项目;
Construction group that persists in self-inspection and without common
quality issues;
一贯坚持自检、无质量通病的施工班组;
Those with significant achievement in timely identifying potential
major quality issues and avoiding occurrence of quality accidents;
及时发现重大质量隐患,避免质量事故的发生,成绩突出者;
Those that the quality management improvement proposal has been
accepted, and such proposal has significant efficiency in practice, or
the construction method is advanced and can greatly improve the
construction quality;
提出加强质量管理的建议被采纳,实践中效果突出者,或施工方法先进,对施工
质量提高突出者;
Those who stick to the responsibilities and principles, be skilled in
the activities of his post, and have greatly increased the project
quality.
忠于职守,坚持原则,敢抓敢管,立足本职的岗位能手,对提高工程质量事迹突
出者。
Treatment of all kinds of construction quality issues at construction
site对施工现场各类施工质量问题的处罚
The quality inspector shall not sign the work order of those teams
that do not perform self-inspection, or the self-inspection records
are not true, do not work according to the procedures and do not
perform the sequence handover; or the bonus of such quality inspection
will be deducted;
凡属施工班组不进行自检或自检记录不真实、不按程序施工、不进行工序交接,
质检员不得在该班组任务单上签字,否则扣发质检员当月奖金;
The responsible persons will be fined for RMB100 -200 if the welds
have not been spot-checked by quality inspector, or the welds to be
spot-checked is modified without permission and expanding the
inspection range, the unqualified welds is repaired without
permission;
凡属未经质检员抽检进行焊口探伤,或私自更改抽检探伤的焊口及未按规定进行
扩探,私自返修不合格焊口,处罚责任人 100~200元;
The responsible person will be fined for RMB500 -1000 if the test
location is not true, or the test result is not true; such person will
be reported to Company and dismissed if the situation is serious;
凡属试验部位不真实或试验结果不真实,每次处罚责任人 500~1000元,情节严
重报公司总部给予开除处分;
The material supply responsible person will be held responsible if the
material procured without permission is with quality problem, and
which causes quality deficiency; the responsible person will be fined
for RMB100 -200 according to the situation;
因自行采购的材料、物件等质量不合格引起的质量缺陷,追查物资供应责任人责
任,并根据问题大小,处罚责任人 100~200元;
The responsible person, or the work group will be fined for 30% of the
wages of current month if construction mistakes caused by neglect of
duty, such as not construction according to drawings, improper
construction methods, construction procedure not in compliance with
technical scheme or technical clarification requirements, incorrect
data and etc;
因工作失职造成的施工错误,如未按图施工,施工方法不当,施工程序不符合技
术方案或技术交底要求,数据不准等,每次处罚责任人或班组当月工资的 30%;
The responsible person will be fined for about RMB200 -500 per time if
the material and pipe fittings are not inspected as required before
installation and construction;
对各种材料、管件未按规定进行检验即安装施工的,每次处罚责任 200~500元;
The responsible person will be fined for RMB200 – 500 per time if the
pipeline, equipment is not pressure tested or inspected according to
stipulations;
管道未按规定进行试压、检验的,每次处罚责任人 200~500元;
The responsible party will be fined for RMB500 -1000 per time if the
internal foreign material is not completely removed from the pipeline
and equipment;
管道内异物未清理干净,每次处罚单位 500~1000元;
The responsible party will be fined for RMB500 – 1000 per time if the
quality index cannot satisfy the requirements;
质量指标达不到要求的,每次处罚 500~1000元;
The responsible party will be fined for RMB500 – 1000 per time, if
significant quality issue is identified by Owner or Supervision
Company;
被业主或监理单位查出的突出质量问题,每次处罚单位 500~1000元;
The responsible party will be fined for RMB200-500 per time if the
quality issue is significant and causing local deficiency, although
quality accident has not been caused.
未构成质量事故,但造成局部缺陷,问题突出的,处罚单位 200~500元。
50% of the wages of current month of responsible person will be
deducted if the bonus and progress payment is paid for the work not
inspected and accepted by the quality inspection department of Owner
(supervision company);
对未经业主、监理质量检查部门检查验收的工程即扣发放奖金,扣发责任人当月
工资 50%;
The responsible party or individual will be fined for RMB5000 – 10000
if he deals with the inspection department via improper means, such
cheating the management and employees, use inferior materials and turn
out substandard goods and etc; the company will be notified if the
situation is serious.
对欺上瞒下,弄虚作假,偷工减料,靠不正当手段应付检查部门的单位和个人,
每次给予 5000~10000元处罚;情节严重的报公司处理。
Non-conformity item handling procedure不符合项处理程序
Purpose目的
The procedure describes the procedure of filing and handling the
non-conformity items incurred from the contract execution. 本程序描述
了合同执行中发生的不符合项的提出和处理的过程。
Applicable scope适用范围
The procedure is applicable to all the non-conformity items as
occurred in project
本程序适用于此项目发生的所有不符合项。
Detailed description详细描述
Definition定义
Non-conformity item: Defect/deficiency in performance, document,
procedure or activity results in the quality of certain item or
service unacceptable, indeterminate or contrary to the prescribed
requirement. 不符合项:指由于性能、文件、程序或活动的缺陷造成物项或服务
的质量不可接收、不可确定或与规定的要求相反。
Return for repair: After non-conformity item is processed, the item,
though still unable to meet the initial requirements prescribed, is of
reliable and safe functionality. 返修:指对不符合物项进行加工后,虽然物
项仍不能符合最初的规定要求,但其功能是可靠和安全的。
Redo: Non-conformity item is processed to meet the initial
requirements prescribed. 返工:指对不符合物项进行再加工以满足最初的规定
要求。
Disposal procedure of non-conformity items不符合项处理过程
Put forward the non-conformity item不符合项的提出
QA/QC Department, Technology Department and other departments shall
inform QA/QC Department of the non-conformity items found, upon which
QA/QC Department will advance NCR, and fill the details of
non-conformity item in the Part A of the NCR (Attachment A); After
being approved by the manager of QA/QC Department, the non-conformity
item will be quarantined by tagging out/locking out the non-conformity
item (See Attachment D), and for those disabled of quarantine,
measures shall be taken to prevent the non-conformity item from being
misused or being installed. For non-conformity item, work shall be
stopped impending for treatment, until disposal decision is made.
QA/QC Department will be at its responsibility, after the decision of
disposal of the non-conformity item, fill out the column “Disposal
Method” in the tag. QA/QC部、技术部或其它部门发现的不符合项应通知
QA/QC部, 由 QA/QC部负责提出不符合项报告, 将不符合项的内容填写在不符合
项报告(附录 A)的 A部分,经 QA/QC部门经理批准后,即可对不符合物项挂标签(见
附录 D)予以隔离,不能予以隔离的不符合物项应采取措施保证其不被误用或安装。
不符合物项应停工等待处理,直至作出了处置决定。QA/QC部负责在不符合项的
处置方法决定后,再填写标签中的处置方法一栏。
QA/QC Department registration: QA/QC部门登记:
After the NCR copies with completed Part A are handed out to QA/QC
Department, include the following contents of the non-conformity item
into the non-conformity item registration form (See Attachment B): NCR
number, and related NCR input, etc. After the NCR is closed, fill the
following information: NCR disposal time, disposal result, and close
date. 当完成了 A部分的 NCR复印件分发到 QA/QC部后,将不符合项的以下有关内
容填写在不符合项登记表中(见附录 B): NCR编号、有关的 NCR信息等。当 NCR
关闭之后,填入以下信息:不符合项处理时间、处理结果和关闭日期。
Fill the relative contents of the NCR tags in the NCR tag registration
form (Attachment C), with the contents as follows: NCR number, NCR tag
number, location of NCR, name of person putting forward the NCR, time
of tag placing on the item and attestation personnel, and time of tag
removed and the attestation personnel. 将不符合项标签的有关内容填写在
不符合项标签登记表(附录 C)上, 内容如下:NCR编号、不符合项标签编号、不
符合物项所处位置、提出 NCR的人员姓名、标签挂到物项上的时间和验证人员、
标签移走的时间和验证人员。

Tag series number (Identical with the series number in NCR number) 标

Disposal opinion of the Technology Department技术部处理意见
After NCR original is circulated to the Technology Department from
QA/QC Department, the Technology Department will evaluate the NCR and
gives the disposal opinion, and decides whether or not to submit such
NCR to the Client’s examination and verification. NCR原件由 QA/QC 部传
到技术部以后,技术部对 NCR进行评估作出处理意见,同时确定该不符合项是否
需提交业主审核。
NCR original needed for the Client’s disposal will be transmitted the
Client by the Document Control Room. The Client will fill its disposal
opinion in the NCR and undersign, before returning the NCR to Hxcc
Document Control Room. The Document Control Room will deliver the NCR
original to the Technology Department, which, after being finally
decided by the Technology Department, be returned to the Construction

原件交技术部,由技术部最终决定后,返回各施工队。
NCR original not necessary to be disposed by the Client, will be
returned to the Construction Teams after being evaluated by the
Technology Department. 不需交业主处理的NCR原件,直接由技术部进行评估后,
返回各施工队。
All construction teams will dispose the non-conformity item based on
the requirements in NCR.各施工队对不符合项按照不符合项报告中的要求进行
处理。
The inspection personnel of QA/QC Department will have renewed
inspection on the disposed non-conformity item, and the non-conformity
item found consistent after inspection will be closed out by QA/QC
Department, who will issue the NCR to the related departments; if
still found non-conformed, the above process will be repeated. QA/QC部
检查人员对处理后的不符合项进行重新检查,检查后合格的不符合项由 QA/QC部
关闭,并将不符合项报告发有关部门,不合格则按上述过程再发。
Maintenance of record记录的保存
NCR, registration and tag registration will be maintained by QA/QC
Department不符合项报告、登记、和标签登记表由 QA/QC部保存

Inspection and Test Plan (ITP)检验测验计划
ITP means that check, test ,inspection and acceptance for the
construction quality and final quality of individual work and
construction process, the functional data involved shall be measured/test
as per requirement of specification, to ensure the engineering quality is
in accordance with the requirement of design and specification, and
achieve the promise of quality goal to owner.
检验测验计划是指在项目施工过程中对各分部分项和施工工序的工作质量和最终质

Quality assurance measures 质量保证措施
At lease one professional quality inspector is present at site during all
working hours to assure that the quality requirements are satisfied.

The inspection and checking shall be strictly performed according to the
quality inspection table required by Owner

Earth work土方工作
1)excavation开挖
prior to excavation, the contracor shall submit the pit&trench
excavation method, excavated material treatment method, pump
pumping or drainage method and support & recover method to DSM
for approval.
开挖前应向 DSM提交坑和沟的开挖方法、挖出土的处理方法、泵抽水和/
或排水方案及支撑和恢复方法,由 DSM审批。
Add supporting structure or install sheet pile for the
non-sloping foundation pit.没有放坡的基坑需加支护结构/安装板桩。
To ensure the stability during the excavation, the slope for
the excavated beveled foundation pit is H:V=1:1.有斜面的基坑开
挖时的坡度为 H : V=1 : 1,以保证开挖时的稳定性。
The selected excavation equipment and earthwork transpoartation
vehicles shall be suitable for the excavated material
type,method and local climate conditions.选择的开挖和土方运输设
备和机械要适用于开挖的材料类型、开挖方法及当地的主要气候条件。
All the exvavaed and earthwork tranportation equipments shall
be of approval and used safely during the implementation of
contract. To minimize the damage to the natural foundation,
select a reasonable transport route for materials.所有的开挖和
土方运输设备和机械类型要经过批准,且要保证在合同期间能被安全使用。
合理选择材料运输路线,将对自然地基的破坏降低到最小程度。
Excavate the unsuited material under the ground or tissue
layers and fill with proper materials up to required elevation
and compact them . the unsuitable materials shall be improved,
then re-laying and compact.开挖区域内剥离地面以下或组织层及以下
的不适合材料需要挖出,填入适宜材料到要求的标高并压实。不适宜的材
料需要改良、再铺设和压实。
All the excavation work shall comply with the width, length and
depth designated by construction drawing. The excavated length
and depth shall ensure the smooth implementation of safety
construction work. 所有的开挖工作必须符合施工图上指定的宽度、长
度和深度。开挖长度和深度要保证安全施工工作的开展。
2)Drainage of foundation pit基坑排水
Keep no water for all the large-scale and partial excavation.所
有的大型和局部开挖均要保证无水状态。
We will equip enough pumps, temporary drainage ditch, groove
and pit under the circumstance of no water to ensure that the
excavation work is in the light of requirement我们将提供足够的
泵、临时排水沟、切槽和坑,保证开挖工作符合要求,在无水状态下执行。
The pumped water would be drained to nearby drainage system水泵
抽出的水将被排放到附近的排水系统。
3)Earthwork backfill土方回填
Material backfill回填材料
The backfill material includes: clean, rigid granular
material,such as crushed stone, concrete or blast furnace slag,
the particle size as bellow:

Backfill and compaction回填压实
Compact the backfilled material after completion of laying asap.
The thickness for each layer shall not be more than 250mm,
compacted by machinery.
回填材料铺设完毕后应尽快压实。每层松铺厚度不得超过 250mm,用机械
压实。
Compaction test压实试验
take the dry density test to ensure the used compaction level.
做干密度试验,确定将要采用的压实等级。
for the larger backfill, every 1000m as a test group for each
layer, once reach the required compacion level, the frequency
can be reduced properly. 大型回填每层每 1000m做一组试验,如估计
已达到了要求的压实等级,此频率可适当降低。
once the compaction degree is not enough yet, increase
frequency of dry density test. And if the test results are not
to reach the compaction requirement, take suitable remedial
measures until to comply with relevant requirement.如估计压实程
度不够时,可增加干密度试验的频率。如试验结果显示未达到压实要求,
我们将采取适当的补救措施,直到符合要求。
4)Concrete work砼工程
Concrete cushion混凝土垫层
pave a layer 100mm thk. concrete cushion on the foundation.
Once the excavation, drainage and compaction work are completed,
laying the cushion immediately to avoid that the rainwater or
underground water has influence on foundation soil layer.在所有
基础上要铺设一层 100mm厚的混凝土垫层。垫层应在开挖、排水和压实工
作结束后立即铺设,以免雨水或地下水影响基础土层。
Contractor should prepare specific method statement for the
construction of deep foundation pit which exceed 5 m deep, and
get authority experts approval beforehand. 超过 5米的深基坑开挖
必须编写详细的基坑围护方案,经过专家评审。
Contractor should arrange certified survey company to carry out
the survey for the movement and settlement of the deep
foundation pit shoring.基坑围护方案需在有相关资质的基坑围护的监
测单位进行基坑围护的现场监测。
Concrete work混凝土工作
1)Concrete cushion混凝土垫层
pave a layer 100mm thk. concrete cushion on the foundation. Once
the excavation, drainage and compaction work are completed, laying
the cushion immediately to avoid that the rainwater or underground
water has influence on foundation soil layer.在所有基础上要铺设一层
100mm厚的混凝土垫层。垫层应在开挖、排水和压实工作结束后立即铺设,以
免雨水或地下水影响基础土层。
2)Concrete cover混凝土保护层
Minimum requirement for rebar cover: 钢筋保护层的最低要求如下:
underground concrete地面以下混凝土:
Pouring to -70mm over the soil layer直接浇筑到土层上-70mm
Pouring to -40mm above the formwork浇筑到模板上-40mm
Pouring to -40mm above the floorboard地板-40mm
overground concrete 地上混凝土:
Foundation mound, beam, column and wall -50mm 基础墩、梁、柱、
墙-50mm
High level floor -35mm 高层地板-35mm
Area with chemical erosion -50mm有化学物侵蚀发生的区域-50mm
Pre-pouring concrete -30mm预浇混凝土-30mm
Or twice the diameter of rebar,the larger shall prevail. 或为钢
筋直径的两倍厚,以较大者为准。
本工程地下环境为二 a类:板跟墙 20mm,梁柱为 25mm。
3)Commercial concrete商品混凝土
Prior to use ,the commercial concrete shall get the approval of
DSM. 商品混凝土使用前要经过 DSM的批准。
All the concrete shall be provided by the same mixing plant
with the approval of FLUOR. During construction, the owner’s
superintendent can reach to any area of premixed concrete plant.
除非 DSM批准,所有的混凝土应由一家搅拌站提供。在工作时间,DSM可
进入预拌混凝土厂的任何区域。
Prior to transportation to site for the commercial concrete,
manufacturer shall submit the statistic record for cement
content in the concrete and additive for each unit to DSM在商品
混凝土运至现场前,生产商应将书面的每单位的混凝土中的水泥含量及使
用的添加剂的情况通知 DSM。
We would comply with all the concrete delivery provision and
accept the DSM’s examine during the implementation of contract.
在合同执行期间,我们将遵守所有的混凝土交付规定,并接受 DSM的检查。
4)Pouring of concrete混凝土浇筑
Vibrate the poured concrete immediately .混凝土浇筑就位后立即振
捣。
With good climate condition, the vibration shall be finished
within 30 minutes since the start of pouring concrete. Once the
premixed concrete is provided by specified stirrer, the time
difference between addition of cement and vibration shall not
be more than 2 hours, also not be more than 1 hour once the
outdoor temperature exceeds 25℃. 气候条件适宜的情况下,从开始浇
筑混凝土起,捣实应在 30分钟内完成。当预拌混凝土由专用的搅拌器提
供时,向混合物中添加水泥的时间和捣实的时间差不应超过 2小时,当空
气温度超过 25oC时不超过 1小时。
Connect and pour the concrete between the construction joints.
施工缝之间的混凝土应连接浇筑。
Prior to check and approval of DSM for the formwork, scaffold,
rebar and any embedded part, no structure shall be of pouring.在
模板、脚手架、钢筋和任何预埋件已通过 DSM检查和批准前,不得浇筑任
何结构部分。
Keep clean and no water for the space for pouring
concrete ,inform DSM about the actual condition of concrete
pouring 8 hours in advance.将要浇筑混凝土的空间要保持干净且无积
水。提前 8小时通知 DSM关于混凝土的浇筑情况。
The pouring height of concrete shall be discussed with DSM to
avoid damage or misplace of rebar and embedded part.混凝土浇筑
高度由我方和 DSM共同协调确定,以避免离析、钢筋和预埋件错位或模板
面发生位移或被损坏。
The use of chute, nozzle or pump shall get the approval of DSM.
The soft chute used shall not be on the hardened concrete.
Pouring the column, pile and wall whose height is more than 2m
by conduilt or other equivalent device approved by project
management group.
使用的溜槽、喷管或泵要事先经 DSM的批准。使用软溜槽时,溜槽外不得
在已硬化的混凝土上。高度大于 2m的柱、桩、墙要用导管或项目管理组
批准的其它同等装置浇筑。
Arrange a competent rebar worker to adjust the displaced rebar
at any time when pouring.
在浇筑时,安排一个胜任的钢筋工随时调整移位的钢筋。
No pouring concrete would be implemented once heavy rain occurs
or temperature reaches 40℃.
在大雨天气或当温差温度计上显示为 4℃时不得进行混凝土的浇筑。
Pouring the concrete between construction joints continuously
and effectively. Use the compressed air or water to spray the
surface of unrepair concrete and pouring it immediately once
time slot for suspended or delayed vertical transportation of
concrete is more than 1 hour and less than 3 hours. The
thickness of new pouring concrete of each layer shall not be
more than 150mm, compact this layer to ensure the well
combination of the new and old concrete.保证施工缝之间的混凝土
将有效的连续的浇筑。当混凝土的垂直运输被中断和拖延超过 1小时,不
足 3小时时,应使用压力空气或水全面喷射未修整的混凝土表面,然后立
即开始浇筑。每一层新浇筑混凝土的厚度不得超过 150mm,尤其要注意压
实这一层,保证已浇混凝土与新浇混凝土的结合。
No exposed time of pouring surface exceeds 1 hour during
process of pouring concrete.
施工缝施工除外混凝土浇筑时,要保证浇筑面不得暴露超过 1小时。
Pouring concrete in layers in horizontal, thickness of each
layer shall not be more than450mm. Elevated height and pouring
speed shall be affirmed with DSM, meanwhile, take the interval
for continuous construction, temperature, vibration method and
temperature rise caused by heat of hydration into account. The
continuous pouring for the foundation baseboard shall be
implemented up till to the connection with column.
混凝土应横向分层浇筑,每层厚度不超过 450mm。提升高度和浇筑速度由
我方和 DSM共同协商确定,要考虑连续两层之间的时间间隔、空气温度、
捣实方法和水化热引起的温度升高。当浇筑高层基础时,要特别注意在浇
筑基础底板时要连续,直到浇筑到柱子与底板相连处。
5)Compaction and vibration压实和振捣
Viabrate the concrete fully, make the concrete against formwork,
combine adjacent concrete layers to form a firm entirety.
充分振捣混凝土,深入到各层,使混凝土紧贴模板,围绕钢筋并使相邻混
凝土层充分结合,形成一个结实的整体,没有空隙。
Take the insertion depth and vibration mode of electric
vibrator into account to ensure dense and even. The immersion
vibrator shall insert into concrete layer completely, insert
first , then bibrate if the concrete is not solidified fully to
ensure the combination of two contiguous layers.
电动振动器的插入深度和振动方式要保证捣实密实且均匀。插入式振捣器
应完全插入整个混凝土层,如果下层混凝土还未完全凝固,要插入再振捣,
保证相邻两层结合密实。
Improve the segregation of concrete. Pull out of the immersion
vibrator lightly to avoid gap.
振捣方式要使混凝土的离析现象得到改善。插入式振捣器要轻轻抽出,防
止产生空隙。
The vibrator shall not be close to formwork, do not damage
formwork or displace rebar.
振动时不得使振捣器紧贴模板,或方式不当破坏模板或工作其它部分,或
使钢筋错位。
Eye the formwork design and location of vibrator to ensure
effective vibbration and no surface defect.
无论何时外部振捣都要特别注意模板设计和振捣器的位置,保证有效捣实
并避免表面缺陷。
Prior to vibration, show the vibrated method to DSM and get the
approval, provide enough practicable vibrators, including the
spare.
振捣前,向 DSM演示其将要采用的振捣方式,并获得认可,在现场准备足
够的能正常使用的振捣器,保证某些振捣器有故障时有备用振捣器。
Do not vibrate rebar during process of vibrating. 捣实时不得振
捣钢筋。
Trim the concrete wall, beam and ground to designated elevation,
once sloping required, then implement as per requirement. No
hole or remedy trace exists on the surface.
混凝土墙、梁和地面必须修整到要求的标高,如要求找坡,按要求执行。
表面不得产生孔或补救痕迹。
Broom the plastered surface for preparation for the
installation of mat coat.
随后将抹灰或贴面砖的表面要扫毛,适应将要安装的罩面的要求。
The rebar and anchor bolts etc. protruded from concrete shall
not be affected while hardening.在混凝土硬化时不得影响从混凝土
中突出的钢筋、地脚螺栓等。
Prior to test and acceptance the dismantled formwork, touching
up to the surface of concrete is not allowed.
模板拆除后,被检验并证明符合质量要求前,不得对混凝土表面做润色处
理。
Quality treatment method for each kind of concrete, including
material and treatment designated and approved by other.
每种混凝土质量问题的处理方法,包括材料和处理程度都要被指定和批准。
6)Protection and curing保护和养护
Start concrete curing after dismantling the formwork, take
protective measures for the exposed surface against sun, dry
wind, cold weather, rain and flow water etc.
模板拆除后即开始养护,混凝土在硬化时对外露表面采取保护措施,使其
免受阳光、干燥风、冷、雨和流水的影响。
Ensure to provide enough water for the heat of hydratin of
cement after final set of concrete. Cover a layer of flax or
similar easy-absorbing material, such as sand, water the
surface of concrete.
终凝后混凝土的养护要保证为水泥的水化热提供足够的水。可以通过盖一
层麻布或类似的易吸收材料,如砂子,喷水保持混凝土表面的湿润。
Cover 125μm thk. polyethylene with full moist of surface, if
laying pieces of polyethylene , the lap width shall be 300mm at
least. Strap the seam with belt.
也可在表面充分湿润后,盖 125微米厚的聚乙烯,如果铺设多张聚乙烯,
搭接宽度至少 300mm。接缝处用带子捆好。
Spray a dedicated liquid maintenance composite on the
horizontal and vertical surface of new pouring concrete. The
liquid curing compound does not applied to the surface to
grouting or level.
使用一种专用液体养护复合材料,将其喷到新浇筑的外露的横向和竖向混
凝土表面上。液体养护膜不适用于将接受灌浆或找平的表面上。
Curing time of concrete is not less than 7 days.混凝土的养护时
间至少为 7天。
Protect the concrete against impact, vibration, water, fog or
any other materials that have an influence on condensation and
hardening of concrete. Adding any load to curing concrete is
not allowed.
养护期间,混凝土要保护好,避免受到撞击、振动、水、雾或任何其它可
能影响混凝土凝结和硬化的物料的影响。不得对养护期间的混凝土施加任
何荷载。
7)Construction joint施工缝
Prior to concrete pouring, we would submit the construction
joint location scheme to DSM if not marked on the drawings .
浇筑混凝土前,如无图纸标明,我们将向 DSM提交施工缝的位置方案。
During the process of vertical pouring concrete, if the delay
is less than 1 hour, spray some water lightly by a brush to
sweep the laitance on the surface of concrete of construction
joint. After brushing, only the tip of coarse aggregate is
exposed, meanwhile, do not loose the coarse aggregate.
如果垂直浇筑混凝土时被耽搁,耽搁时间不到一小时,用一个小刷子同时
轻轻的喷水将施工缝混凝土表面的浮浆清除。刷浮浆时不要过于用力,刷
完后,要仅露出粗骨料的尖端。特别注意只清除表面浮粒而不松动骨料。
During the process of vertical pouring concrete, if the delay
is more than 1 hour but less than 6 hours, spray air and water
on the surface of construction joint, clear up the particle to
the full.
如果垂直浇筑混凝土时,下层浇筑被耽搁的时间超过一小时,小于六小时,
用空气和水喷射缝的表面,彻底清除表面浮粒。
Once the delay exceeds 6 hours, the laitance would be hardened,
at this time, if the concrete has not been solidified fully,
clear up by steel wire ,and then wash by water; but if the
laitance is too hardened to clear up by steel wire, use
machinery to clear after three days, but to be cautious not to
damage or weaken the coarse aggregate.
如果耽搁时间超过六小时,浮浆将会硬化,但如果混凝土仍未完全凝固,
使用钢丝刷清除,然后用水冲洗干净,如果浮浆太硬,用钢丝刷不能清除,
那么三天后,采用机械手段清除,注意不要破坏或削弱表面上的粗骨料。
The preparation of vertical pouring for construction joint:
clean the ends of construction joint and surface of concrete
within 12 hours (except the cold whether), make the aggregate
exposed, but only to sweep the partical on the surface and not
to loose the aggregate.
垂直施工缝的准备:在 12个小时之内(寒冷气候除外)尽快清扫缝的末
端及混凝土表面,露出大骨料,注意仅清除表面浮粒,而不松动骨料。
Clear up the dust and scrap in the horizontal or vertical
construction joint completely after finish of strapping of
rebar and erecting formwork.
在下层混凝土的钢筋绑扎和模板支设完毕后,将横向缝和竖向施工缝中的
灰尘和碎屑彻底清除干净。
Prior to concrete pouring ,water the construction joint and
pouring a layer of cement mortar. Blow off the needless water.在
浇筑混凝土前,用干净水湿润施工缝并浇一层水泥浆,以利于混凝土的结
合。浇筑前将多余的水吹掉。
Install the waterstop for the construction joint, whose width
of water retaining and crack not more than 挡水结构和裂缝
宽度不超过 的结构的施工缝要安装止水带。
Do not violate operating regulation or break down or punch on
the waterstop. No displacement of water bars is allowed during
the process of concrete pouring. Ensure the concrete under
horizontal waterstop compacted well, without air sac or gap.
要特别注意插入止水带的接缝处,不要因违反操作规程或敲入钉子时破坏
或在止水带上穿孔。阻水栅栏要保持在原位,要防止在混凝土浇筑过程中
发生位移。要特别注意保证横向止水带下的混凝土压实良好,无气囊或空
隙。
The interface of waterstop shall be fabricated by factory. The
site butt joint work shall use special tools provided by
manufacturer and comply with the written document.
止水带的接口工厂制作。现场对接使用生产商的专用工具并严格按照生产
商的书面说明。
8)Surface dressing表面修整
No honeycomb and other flaw shall be allowed on the surface of
concrete.
所有的混凝土表面不得有蜂窝和其它瑕疵。
Unless otherwise special demands, the exposed surface of road
and floorboard shall be vibrated well, usually with vibration
beam or manual beam. Check the evenness of surface after
vibrating.
除非特别要求,暴露的道路和地板表面应当振捣良好,使用振动横梁或人
工操作的横梁。振捣后检查表面的平整度。
Level and vibrate the surface of concrete to grouting. Once
finished but not solidified completely, spray drinking water on
the surface and sweep the laitance lightly.
将要灌浆的混凝土表面要找平和捣实。当混凝土已捣固结实,但仍未完全
凝固时,在表面喷饮用水并轻轻的将浮浆扫除露出骨料。
9)Concrete levelling混凝土平整
Unless otherwise stated on the drawing, level the surface
according to the requirement as bellow除非图纸上特别要求,按下表
中的要求平整表面:

The definition of surface evenness of concrete as bellow:混凝土
表面平整工作中定义如下:
steel trowel: make the surface very smooth and even by it.
钢抹子:用一个钢抹子认真平整会使表面非常光滑。
wood trowel: make the surface relatively smooth.
木抹子:用木抹子平整后的表面较为光滑。
broom: sweep the smooth surface after leveling by wood trowel to
become coarse.
扫帚:用硬刷子或扫帚在木抹子平整后的表面上扫过,会使表面较为粗糙。
cutting: the depth of groove made on the surface of concrete
shall be 6mm at least. Width of groove is about 50mm, angle in
two directions is 90°.
刻槽:在木抹子平整后的表面上作槽,槽深至少 6mm。可用钢抹子底部或
用专门工具刻槽,槽宽约 50mm,在两个方向上成 90度角。
Protect the processed surface, also including the ground and
walkway area.
施工中已处理完的表面要保护好避免被破坏。地面和走道区域也要保护好,
避免弄脏。
10) Check and report检验和报告
Make slump test on the mixing plant and unloading area of site
concrete.
在搅拌站和现场混凝土卸下位置都要进行塌落度实验。
Carry out cube test and submit the result to owner.
由业主批准的独立实验机械进行立方块实验,并将实验结果提交给业主。
Mark and concrete briquette obviously, record its date of
sampling, cube type and location.
混凝土试块要作清楚的标识,并对立方块作登记,写明每个立方块取样日
期、类型及所代表的混凝土的位置。
We would take samples and submit to test institution.
我公司将负责取样并送交实验机构。

The preliminary sample ratio shall be affirmed by owner.初步取

Each sample shall have 6 briquettes, carry out the test in the
7th day with three briquettes, also implement the test in the
28th day with other briquettes, the final test result comes
from the average of three value每个样品至少要准备 6个试块,3个
试块在第 7天作试验,3个试块在第 28天作试验,三个结果的均值作为试
验结果。
We would keep a complete set of new test result, which can be
submitted to owner at any time.
我们将在现场保留全套的最新的检验结果记录,并应业主的要求随时提交。
Rebar process钢筋工艺
1) Cut, bend and weld 切断、弯曲和焊接
As per GB50204-2011 按 GB50204-2011执行。
No rebar welding is allowed without approval of owner. The
welder shall be competent with certificate and comply with the
suggestion of manufacturer and relevant welding standard.
未经业主管理公司、监理事先批准,不得进行钢筋焊接。获得批准后,要
采用适用的焊接标准,尤其操作人员要具备焊工资质,并遵守钢筋生产商
的建议。
2)Lay down the rebar and fixing放钢筋和固定
The quantity, size, type and location of all rebar shall be in
accordance with requirement of drawing strictly.
所有钢筋的数量、尺寸、形式和位置要严格按照图纸要求。
All the rebar shall be clean, without rust, oil, ice and other
materials which may have influence on the strength of rebar and
combination with concrete..
所有钢筋不得带有铁锈、油、冰和其它可能会影响钢筋强度和与混凝土结
合程度的物质。
Strap the rebar by thk. Anneal steel wire. staff the end
of steel wire against corrosion.
使用 厚的粗退火钢丝来绑所钢筋。钢丝的端头要塞好,防止在混凝
土中产生腐蚀斑。
Ensure the concrete protective layer thickness by using
prefabricated concrete briquette whose mark is same as the
concrete to pour, no briquette from other material is allowed
other than concrete briquette.
使用与将要浇筑的混凝土标号相同的预制混凝土垫块来保证达到要求的
混凝土保护层厚度,不得使用除混凝土垫块以外的其它材料的垫块。
Form a solid rebar cage after strapping the reabr, bind each
crossing with steel wire, incurve the steel wire.
钢筋绑扎后应在模板内形成一个牢固的钢筋笼,每个交叉点要用钢丝绑结
实,钢丝头要向内弯。
Provide satisfactory split heads to ensure the correctness of
location of rebar between rebar layers.
钢筋层间要提供规定直径和间距的马凳,以保证钢筋位置的正确性。
The lap wide the of two contiguous rebar meshes shall be 250mm
at least or equal to 40 times of diameter of rebar, the larger
size shall prevail. Bind the horizontal or vertical lap steel
wire solidly.
两个相邻钢筋的搭接宽度至少为 250mm或等于与搭接边缘成直角的钢筋直
径的 40倍,以尺寸更大者为准。横向或竖向的搭结钢丝都要绑所牢固。
3)check检验
check the rebar as per GB1499-2007 按照 GB1499-2007检验钢筋。
Even if the rust or iron scale exists on the rebar, if only
the size(including distortional size) and weight of sample
brushed by steel wire brush meet the requirement of GB
1499-2007 and GB701-2008 Standard, the rebar can be deemed as
qualified.
有锈斑或铁鳞或两者都有的钢筋仍可以被确定为合格,只要其最低尺寸,
包括变形尺寸和钢丝刷刷下的试样的重量不低于 GB 1499-2007和 GB
701-2008的要求。
The mud, oil and other non-metal object which may have
influence on the combination for rebar and concrete existing on
the rebar shall be not allowable.
钢筋不得带有泥浆、油或其它会影响钢筋与混凝土结合程度的非金属物。
Formwork process模板工艺
1)general总则
the design and construction of formwork shall be in the light
of GB50204-2011. and the material shall be selected according
to weather condition and heat of hydration .模板的设计与施工要
符合 GB50204-2011。材料的选择要依据气候条件及预料的水化热。
the design ,calculation and construction of formwork shall take
weather condition, heat of hydration of concrete and surface
requirement into account.
模板的设计、计算与施工要考虑气候条件、物料的水化热及混凝土表面要
求。
2)Construction 施工
Survey and setting out to all formwork as per datum point.
During the construction, keep accuracy for the location and
elevation of formwork
根据基准点对所有模板工作进行正确的测量放线。施工中要保证模板的位
置和标高的准确性。
Keep the formwork ( including support) in a correct position,
revise to ensure the concrete member meet the dimensional
deviation requirement.
模板(包括支架)施工时要保证模板能够保持在正确的位置,且要纠正其
形状,以保证混凝土构件符合尺寸偏差要求。
Consider no impact, disturbing or damage to the concrete while
dismantling the formwork during design work. If necessary,
retain the soft formwork left in place under the concrete
curing condition and according to technical introductions.
模板的设计要保证模板拆除时不会撞击、扰动或破坏混凝土。如有必要,
模板的布置可以使软模板在混凝土养护条件下或按照技术说明保留在原
处。
3)Inner cushion block内部垫块
The thickness of formwork support or cushion block embedded in the
concrete shall not less than the thickness of rebar protective
layer. No hole or trace left in the waterproof structure.将永久埋在
混凝土中模板支撑或垫块不得少于要求的钢筋保护层厚。防水结构中不得有模
板除去后留下的孔。
4)Establish the special plan for the formwork exceeded 8m and get the
argumentation and agreement of experts prior to construction.
超过 8米高的模板需编制专项方案,并得到专家论证后方可施工。
5)Dismantle of formwork模板拆除
Removal the formwork as per GB50204-2011. 拆除模板时按照
GB50204-2011执行。
Establish dismantling scheme, which shall include forecast for
weather condition, heat of hydration, forming strength, load
condition and relevant curing method.
制订拆除方案,方案中要预测气候条件、水化热、强度形成、荷载条件及
相关的养护方法。
The leading factor affecting removal of formwork is the
strength of cast-in-place concrete, stress state inside the
member and surface smoothness.
影响模板拆除的主要因素为现浇混凝土的强度、构件内的应力状态和表面
光洁度要求。
下表为模板拆除前的时间要求。

Do not go against the requirement listed in the table above,
especially pay attention to removal of baseboard formwork of
beam, which depends on the test result from concrete briquette
resist compression test.
未经业主、监理批准,不得严重背离上表中的时间要求,尤其要注意梁板
底面模板的拆除,确定其是否拆除,要根据混凝土立方块抗压实验结果。
Dismantle the formwork provided by protecting the cast-in-place
concrete once the strength of briquette reaches to 10N/mm2 or
twice to stress value (the larger would prevail), only no
deformation caused by contraction or creep occurs .
当试块的强度达到 10N/mm2或为承担应力的两倍时(以更大者为准),可
提前拆除现浇混凝土的模板保护,只要不会因收缩、蠕变等引起变形发生。
6) Release agent 脱模剂
Select the release agent strictly as per type of formwork and
relevant condition, which shall be use according to
specification of manufacturer.
按模板类型和相关条件严格选择脱模剂。要完全按照生产商的说明使用。
For the permanent exposed surface of concrete, use the same
release agent. Brush the relase agent evenly and no contact
with rebar. Once covering required, ensure the release agent
matches it.
在混凝土表面将永久暴露处,对整个表面使用相同的脱模剂。脱模剂要均
匀刷涂,且不得与钢筋接触。如混凝土表面需提供罩面,要认真使用脱模
剂保证与罩面相匹配。
Erection of steel structure钢结构安装
1)Check content, ratio and method of erection of steel structure
钢结构安装检查内容、比例及方法
Dominant item;主控项目:
examination content: the steel member shall be in accordance
with the design requirement and provision of specification.
Correct and repair the deformation and coating shedding .
检查内容: 钢构件应符合设计要求及规范规定。钢构件的变形及涂层
脱落应进行矫正和修补.
quantity of examination: 10% from spot check ,but more than
3 pieces.检查数量:按构件数抽查 10%,且不应少于 3 个。
check method: carry out field measurement or inspection by
bracing wire and steel meter.检查方法:用拉线,钢尺现场实测侧
或观察检查。
examination content: the contract surface shall not be less
than 70%, the maximum clearance of edge shall not be more
than 检查内容:设计要求顶紧的节点,接触面不应少于 70%
紧贴,且边缘最大间隙≤
check quantity: 10% from spot check as per quantity of panel
point, but more than 3 pieces.检查数量:按节点数抽查 10%,且不
应少于 3 个。
inspection method: 检查方法:用钢尺及 和 厚的塞尺
现场实测。
examination content: verticality and lateral bending rise of
compression member of rigid frame检查内容:钢架受压杆件跨中的
垂直度和侧向弯曲矢高
check quantity: 10% from spot check as per similar member,
but more than 3 pieces.检查数量:按同类构件数抽查 10%,且不应
少于 3 个。
inspection method: measure by suspension wire, bracing wire,
theodolite and steel ruler on site.检查方法:用吊线、拉线、经
纬仪和钢尺现场实测。
examination content: verticality and plane bending of major
structure 检查内容:主体结构整体垂直度和整体平面弯曲
check quantity; check main facade fully, include two lines
of corner post and middle column at lowest.
检查数量:对主要立面全部检查。对每个所检查的立面,除两列角柱
外,尚至少选取一列中间柱。
inspection method; measure by theodolite and total station
etc.检查方法:采用经纬仪、全站仪等测量。

Measure for finished product成品保护的措施
The handover procedure must be taken when all of the subdivisional work
completed and before step into the next work, and the next construction
cannot begin until organize professional personnel to take inspection and
acceptance for the finished product and the related protection measure
must be adopted. For any destroyed part that must be repaired otherwise
it will be punished, which can improve workers’ awareness for protecting
the finished product. Arrange work procedure logically to avoid crossing
work that may destroy the finished product. For the critical finished
work, special man will be arranged to watch it.
所有的分项分部工程完成后,下一工序施工时,均采取交接手续,并应采取措施后方
可施工,撤出时组织专人进行验收 ,对于损坏部份,责令其进行修复,否则将给予
罚款,以增加施工人员成品保护意识。合理安排工序,尽量减少交叉作业造成的成品
破坏。重点部位的成品保护可有专人看护。
Finished formwork protection measure模板工程的成品保护措施
When take down the formwork, using mickle hammer or crowbar is
forbidden lest destroy formwork’s frame or damage concrete surface
and edges and corners.
拆模时不得用大锤砸或用撬棍硬撬,以免损坏模板边框,损伤砼表面和棱角。
For the dismantled formwork must be cleaned out and paint with
lubricating agent and classify them neatly.
模板安全拆除以后,必须进行清理,涂刷脱模剂,分类堆放。
When do rebar welding on surface of formwork, thin steel plate must be
taken for isolation.
在模板面进行钢筋焊接工作时,必须用薄钢板隔离。
Remedial measure must be taken timely when finding that the dismantled
formwork loose weld or deformed etc.
拆除的模板如发现脱焊、变形等时应及时修理。

需组拼的木模板要有存放场地,场地要平整夯实,模板平放时,要用木方进行架
立,立放时要搭设分类模板架,模板与地接触和要垫木方,以此保证模板不扭曲
不变形。不可乱堆乱放或在组拼的模板上堆放重物。
The finished formwork for wall or column cannot be hit by other
lifting formwork; the plat formwork is forbidden as temporary stock

已浇筑的砼表面要加以保护,必须在砼强度达到 以后方准在砼表面上进行
操作及安装结构用的支架和模板。

plate, screw, nut and gasket, and the same for finished coat.
结构防锈区段,应在连接板缝、螺头、螺母、垫圈周边涂红丹漆封闭,面层防锈处理与

When stock the component the ground must be level to prevent stress
unbalance. Lift point or supporting point must be reasonable, vertical
layout is better lest deformation caused by the weak strength of the
