Background
• Every semester ,our college need to order
Teaching Materials for us.
• But this semester the college means to allow the
students On Grade 2003 to buy Teaching
Materials by ourselves.
Method
• We use Two-Stage cluster sampling.
• Ssu’s mean Dorm
• Psu’s mean Department
First, we select an SRS of 5 Departments
from 55 Departments at our college.
