Abstr act :On the basis of analyzing the current issue of real - time tracking and control system in the produc-
tion , i t presents the needs of information processing and deficiencies in real - time processing methods of man-
ufacturing enterprises , suggests that using Radio Frequency Identification ( RFID) technology in real - time
production tracking and control is feasible and superior . It uses the batch management thinking of the elec-
tronic tag encoding management , sets up a tracking and control products distribut ion const ruct ion in work-
shop , designs the RFID - based management system . The demo experiment certificates the feasibility .
