It is the first power changing of entrepreneurial co甲 -CEO is the key factor for the devel›opment of entrepreneurial corporation, and the initial succession of founder -CEO would have direct influence on the sur›vival and gr咽wthof entrepreneurial co甲 to由eparticularity of founder -CEO initial succession and the sig›nificance of entrepreneurial corporation’s development from early stage to growth stage，由epresent paper introduced the newly development of CEO succession, namely initial succession of founder -CEO. After exploring the driving factors and effects of founder -CEO initial succession, the paper constructed the integrated model of founder -CEO initial suc›cession development, which hoped to propose the implications for the theoretical research of entrepreneurial leadership and management practices.
