第33卷第9期哈尔滨工程大学学报 2012年9月Joumal of Harbin Engineering University Sep. 2012 合作创新网络中信任与知识分享的协同演化模型王智生，胡珑瑛，李慧颖(哈尔滨工业大学经济与管理学院，黑龙江哈尔滨150001)摘要:探讨了作为有效知识分享的重要决定因素之一的信任是如何影响合作创新网络成员间的知识分享的，并进一步探讨了合作成员间的信任关系与知识分享的协同演化关系，以及二者协同演化对合作创新发展的作用机理.构建了一个包含信任与知识分享的动态演化模型，通过对模型进行动力学分析并绘制出方程的相位图，将合作创新状态划分为创新发展、创新动荡、创新崩溃3个区域.结果发现若处于创新崩溃区域，即使信任与知识分享的水平很高，合作创新仍将失败;而在创新发展区域内，信任与知识分享将随着时间的变化和谐稳定的发展.不在创新发展区域内时，提出促进信任、知识分享以及合作创新网络发展的相关措施.关键词:合作创新网络;信任;知识分享;协同演化模型doi: 10. 3969/j. issn. 网络出版地址:http://阴阳.. net/kcms/detaiI/. . html 中图分类号:目文献标识码:A文章编号:1006-7043 (2012 )09-1175-D5 A co-evolution model of trust and sharing in collaborative innovation networks WA NG Zhisheng, HU Longying, LI Huiying (School of Management, Harbin Institute Technology, Harbin 150001, China) Abstract: In this paper, the authors debated how trust, which is one of the most important influencing factors of knowledge sharing, positively a:ffects knowledge sharing among the cooperative members in collaborative innovation networks. Furthermore, they discus写edthe co-evolution of trust and knowledge sharing, as well as their impact on the development of collaborative innovation. A dynamic model was put forw缸dto describe the interplay and co-evo›lution process between trust and knowledge sharing, as well as the situation where collaborative innovation is divid›ed into the developing region, the unstable region, and the collapse region of collaborative innovation. As a result, collaborative innovation would still fail although the level of trust development or knowledge sharing would be rather high in the collapse region of collaborative innovation. On the other hand, collaborative innovation would develop harmoniously and stably over time in由edeveloping region of collaborative innovation. Some measures contributing to trust, knowledge sharing, and development of collaborative innovation networks were proposed when it was not in the developing region.
