1轴承的精度等级与划分标准
滚动轴承的精度分（主要）尺寸精度与旋转精度。精度等级已标准化，分为0级、6X级、6级、5级、4级、2级六个等级。精度从0级起依次提高，对于一般用途0级已足够，但在用于其他条件或场合时，需要5级或更高的精度。
以上的精度等级虽然是以ISO标准为基准制定的，但其称呼在各国标准中有所不同。

二．轴承的振动级别与适用范围轴承振动（加速度）分为Z、Z1、Z2、Z3四个等级； 轴承振动（速度）分为V、V1、V2、V3四个等级。
Z、V级适用于轴承制造厂对标准规定范围内的深沟球轴承振动检验用；
Z1、V1级适用于对轴承振动有一般要求的轴承成品检验；
Z2、V2级适用于Y系列电机及相应要求的其它电机轴承;
Z3、V3级适用于对振动有严格要求时。这一级具有国际先进水平。

使用特性：两面带密封圈的深沟球轴承:该种轴承两面带密封圈，能较严密地防止污物侵入和润滑脂溢出。根据密封圈与内圈之间的接触状况，可分为接触式和非接触式两种。该种轴承在出厂时，已装入适量润滑剂，安装前不需清洗，在允许的润滑期内，不需添加润滑剂。
一面带密封圈的深沟球轴承:一面带密该种轴承一面带密封圈，可防止污物从一面侵入，密封圈和内圈之间没有间隙的，为接触式密封，密封圈与内圈之间有间隙的为非接触式密封，与带防尘盖的轴承相比，密封效果好，但摩擦较大，极限转速低，适用于对密封有一定要求的部件中。
