工厂集装箱装货、验柜、封条监控作业流程
CY Shipment Container Loading Procedures（集装箱装货流程）
CY Shipment which declares customs at the Border（边境报关申请）
This process applies when a factory does the CY loading at their origin plant. The factory seals the container with their seal and sends the container to customs for checking. After customs checks the container, it is re-sealed with customs seal. The driver then sends the goods directly to forwarder. Forwarder received container, they will seal with forwarder seal, and should be marked number on the “container inspection form”, all the cut seal by customs must be send to TSHK & TSK office.
首先货柜车来工厂装货时，工厂需提前向海关申请报关。货装完贴好封条后，将货柜
运到海关验货，海关检查完货后需重新贴上封条，以上手续办完后货车司机将货直接送到forwarder 仓库，Forwarder收到货后，需贴上他们自己的封条，并在相应的货柜检验表中注明编号。最后将海关所有的封条须送到TSHK & TSK 办公室。
CY Shipment which declares Customs at the Port （港口报关申请）
This procedure applies within origin country other than HK (.: China, Cambodia, and Vietnam). The factory seals the container with their seal and sends the goods to customs at port. Customs will check their container and re-seal it with customs seal and goods can be delivered to shipping company for loading. Forwarder received container, they will seal with forwarder seal, and should be marked number on the “container inspection form”, all the cut seal by customs must be send to TSHK & TSK office.
除香港以外，中国、缅甸和越南都适用于港口报关，首先工厂贴上封条并将货送到码头，海关查获后重新贴上海关封条，然后交给运输公司装运，forwarder 收到货后须贴上他们自己的封条，并在相应货柜检验表中注明编号。以上手续完毕后涉及到海关的所有封条须送到TSHK & TSK 办公室。
CY Shipment which vendors do their own consolidation in HK（货主在香港并柜）
This procedure applies when the CY loading is done by multiple factories. Factories will truck their goods from China to HK and then do the consolidation together in one designated area. Tween Brands assigns one factory as the shipper who will do the CY booking and will monitor the container inspection and seal procedures. This assigned factory takes photos of the empty container before, during and after loading and after it is sealed (using seal from shipping company) also ensuring the driver sends the container immediately to the forwarder.
当货物是由多家提供时，货主需在香港并柜。工厂各自将他们的货物从大陆运往香港指定地点并柜，买方指定一家工厂作为他们的发货人，此工厂负责安排订舱，验柜和封条手续。期间这家工厂须在空柜前需拍照，并确保司机在装货、贴好来自运输公司封条后直接将货柜送到forwarder 指定的仓库。

Vendors are strongly recommended to calculate cartons of each sku before loading the container and keep the record for future reference. (Vendor harus menghitung SKU tiap carton sebelum loading ke container dan menyimpan catatan itu untuk referensi di masa datang).
