液力缓速器恒速控制策略的仿真研究

【摘要】简述了液力缓速器工作原理,并给出了所研究液力缓速器台架试验
得到的转子转速与制动扭矩之间关系曲线。利用 Matlab 软件建立了车辆恒速下
坡制动模型,通过仿真对比了控制周期、充液量初始值和每个控制周期内充液量
变化值等参数对恒速控制效果的影响。根据液力缓速器控制参数的仿真结果,选
定各参数最佳值进行了实车道路试验。结果表明,仿真得到的恒速控制策略应用
到实际控制中是有效的。

Simulation Research on Constant Speed Control Strategy of
Hydraulic Retarder

【 Abstract 】 Operating principle of hydraulic retarder is briefed in the paper, and the
relationship curve is given between rotor speed and braking torque obtained from bench test of the
hydraulic retarder. A braking model of the vehicle driving downgrade with constant speed is
established with Matlab software, and then the effect of parameters like control cycle, initial liquid
charge and variation of liquid charge in each control cycle, etc. on constant speed control effect is
analyzed with simulation. Road test is carried out with the optimal parameters selected in
accordance with the simulation results of the control parameters of the hydraulic retarder. The test
results show that the constant speed control strategy is effective in actual control operation.

【摘要】提出了采用支持向量机对 CVT 夹紧力控制阀进行质量分类的方法,
并设计了相应的提取夹紧力控制阀性能特征参数的试验方案与夹紧力控制阀
SVM 多类分类器。利用试验得到的性能参数对 SVM 分类器进行训练,然后分别
使用训练成熟的 SVM 分类器与 RBF 神经网络分类器对夹紧力控制阀进行质量
分类。结果表明,采用 SVM 分类器的分类准确率明显高于 RBF 神经网络分类器。

Quality Classification of Clamping Force Control Valve

【Abstract】A method of quality classification on CVT clamping force control valve with
support vector machine (SVM) was proposed. Firstly corresponding test plan for feature
parameters extraction from clamping force control valve and the clamping force control valve
SVM multi-class classifier were designed. Secondly, based on the feature parameters acquired
from test, the SVM classifier was trained to maturity. Lastly, clamping force control valves were
classified based on quality with SVM classifier and RBF neural network classifier respectively.
Results showed that the accuracy of SVM classifier was better than RBF neural network classifier.

基于神经网络PID控制的客车
ECAS设计与实现

【摘要】以飞思卡尔 MC9S08GB60 单片机为控制核心,以亚星 YBL6891H
型客车为试验对象,针对空气悬架系统本身的非线性特性,采用神经 PID 控制算
法,设计了一种通过检测车身高度对空气弹簧进行充排气,进而改变弹簧刚度的
客车电控空气悬架系统。根据悬架评价指标建立了电控悬架的 2 自由度 1/4 车辆
模型,通过仿真验证了该悬架系统对悬架动行程、车轮动载荷及车身垂直加速度
这 3 项汽车行驶平顺性评价指标的改善,最后通过试验验证了所设计控制策略的
正确性。

Design and Realization of Passenger Bus ECAS based on
Neural Network PID Control

【Abstract】An electronically controlled air suspension system (ECAS) for passenger bus
was designed in which air spring is inflated and deflated according to body height detected and
spring stiffness is thus changed with neutral PID control algorithm specific to nonlinear
characteristic of air suspension system, with Yaxing YBL6891H bus as test object and Freescale
MC9S08GB60 single chip as control core. Two degrees of freedom 1/4 vehicle model for
electronically control suspension was established in accordance with suspension assessment index,
improvement achieved in three vehicle riding comfort assessment index, namely suspension
dynamic travel, wheel dynamic load and vehicle vertical acceleration by this suspension system
was verified by simulation, finally correctness of the designed control strategy was validated by
test.

【摘要】根据某电动汽车的总体设计要求,提出了该类型电动汽车的液压复
合制动系统前、后制动力分配和匹配原则,分析了后轮轮毂电机特性对液压复合
制动系统设计的影响。以满足理想制动力分配为目标,利用非线性最小二乘法优
化方法对该液压复合制动系统前、后制动力分配和匹配进行了优化设计,并在不
同循环工况、整车质量及电机外特性情况下评估了优化结果。

Adaption Method of Electro-hydraulic Brake System for
Electric Vehicle driven by Rear in-wheel Motor

【Abstract】Distribution of braking force as well as rule of distribution of the front and rear
wheels in the electro-hydraulic brake system for this type of EV is presented in the paper
according to general design specification of an electric vehicle, the effect of rear in-wheel motor
characteristic on the design of electro-hydraulic brake system is analyzed. Optimal design is made
to the distribution of braking force and adaption to this electro-hydraulic braking system with
nonlinear least square optimization method with satisfying ideal braking force distribution as
design target, the effect of optimization is also evaluated at different cycle conditions, gross
weight and motor external characteristic.

【摘要】介绍了一种全新的车身结构概念设计系统的特点以及设计流程,阐
述了该系统采用的关键技术,如设计向导用户界面、知识熔接技术、电子表格技
术等。利用该系统对某款轿车进行了刚度与模态分析,通过与详细设计结果的对
比可知,结果基本符合概念设计要求。利用该系统对该轿车进行了优化,证明了
系统的有效性及可靠性。

【Abstract】Characteristic of a brand new body structure concept design system and design
flow are introduced in the paper, key techniques applied in the system are outlined, . designing
wizard user interface, knowledge welding technology, Excel technology, etc..Stiffness and modal
analysis of a car is made with this system. It is concluded from comparison with detailed design
results that the result basically meets the concept design requirement. After optimization of the car
with the system, validity and reliability of the design system are verified.

【摘要】论述了一种应用于电动汽车的集成式多功能车载充电器的开发与
应用背景,介绍了该款充电器的主电路结构、工作原理和主要特点,并应用计算
机仿真技术对产品设计进行了检验与优化。对样机进行了功能与性能测试试验,
结果表明,该款充电器具备高效和运行稳定的特点,适合车载运行。

Investigation on Integrated Onboard Charger

【Abstract】 Development and application of an integrated multi-functional onboard charger
for electric vehicle is discussed in the paper on main circuit structure, operating principle and the
main characteristics. The product design is verified and optimized with computer simulation
technology. Finally prototype functional and performance test are carried out. The results show
that the charger operates efficiently and stably, and suitable for onboard operation.

【摘要】针对自动变速车辆起步过程中电磁离合器接合的非线性控制问题,
讨论了电磁离合器理想接合过程,分析了车辆起步过程冲击度与电磁离合器电流
变化率的关系,提出了以油门开度及其变化率、发动机目标转速与实际转速、发
动机最低接合转速、离合器输出轴转速为主要控制参数的离合器综合控制策略。
仿真与试验结果表明,该控制策略能够很好地适应起步意图,使车辆在各种工况
下均能平稳迅速起步。

Investigation on Control Strategy of Electromagnetic Clutch
while Vehicle Starts

【Abstract】To address the nonlinearity of engagement of the electromagnetic clutch while
vehicle with AT starts, the ideal engagement process is discussed, and the relationship between the
impact hardness and current slew rate of the electromagnetic clutch is analyzed, then the
comprehensive control strategy is proposed with the main control parameters as follows: throttle
opening and its change rate, the target and practical speed of the engine, the minimum engagement
rotation speed and output shaft rotation speed of the clutch. Both simulation and test results show
that, the control strategy can well cooperate with driver when he starts the vehicle, and the vehicle
may start steadily under any condition.

【摘要】针对膜片弹簧的弹性特性与结构特点,对国内已有膜片弹簧数学
模型进行分析,提出了以离合器膜片弹簧理想的综合性能要求作为目标函数
的方法,并在此基础上建立了全新的数学模型。通过理论性能和试验验证的
对比分析,证实了在新模型下得到的膜片弹簧综合性能较以往的设计方案有
很大的提高。

Optimum Design of Diaphragm Spring based on

【Abstract】Mathematic model of the existing domestic diaphragm spring is analyzed based
on elastic properties and structural characteristics of diaphragm spring. It is proposed in the paper
to take the ideal comprehensive performance requirements of clutch diaphragm spring as the
objective function. On this basis, a brand new mathematical model is established. By comparison
and analysis of theoretical study and test verification, it is confirmed that performance of the
diaphragm spring obtained from the new models improves greatly compared with the previous
designs.

基于复杂花纹的子午线轮胎径向

【摘要】基于 非线性有限元分析软件,建立了具有复杂胎面花纹
的 175/65R14 型子午线轮胎三维有限元模型。利用 Rebar 单元模型模拟橡胶-帘
线复合材料,采用 Yeoh 模型模拟超弹性橡胶材料,仿真分析轮胎从轮辋安装、
充气到施加垂向载荷全过程的情况,得到轮胎在不同胎压下的径向刚度特性。通
过与试验结果的对比,验证了仿真分析的正确性。

Characteristic Simulation of Radial Stiffness of Radial Tire
based on Complex Tread

【 Abstract 】 A Three-dimensional FE model of 175/65R14 radial tire with complex tread
pattern is established with nonlinear FE analysis software . Rubber-cord compound
material and super-elastic rubber material are simulated with Rebar model and Yeoh model
respectively to simulate the whole process from tire rim mounting, charging to vertical application
of load, the radial stiffness characteristic of tire under different pressure is thus acquired. The
comparison with test results verifies correctness of the simulative analysis.

基于台车试验方法的某微型轿车乘员
约束系统改进设计

【摘要】在试验基础上对某微型轿车无气囊条件下的约束系统进行优化,分
析了座椅、转向盘和安全带的动态特性,提出了减小乘员伤害值的改进方案。通
过台车试验证明,该微型轿车正面碰撞乘员保护达到中国法规要求,改进方案正
确和有效;对于刚性很强的尺寸紧凑型微型轿车,弱化碰撞时头部接触位置的转
向盘轮缘,并使用限力式安全带,可以有效降低正面碰撞头部加速度。

Revised Design of Occupant Restrain System for Mini Car
based on Sled Test

【Abstract】Based on crash test data, the performance of occupant restrain system for a mini
car without airbag was optimized. By analyzing the dynamic properties of seat, steering wheel and
seat belt, a method to reduce injury of occupants is proposed. The sled test results indicate that the
occupant protection of this car satisfies the regulations on frontal crash in China, verifying
correctness and validity of the revised
concept. For mini car with compact dimensions and high stiffness, the steering wheel rim at which
the head is impacted during crash is weakened, and a force-limiting seat belt is used to effectively
reduce head acceleration during frontal crash.

【摘要】研究了电控空气悬架(ECAS)充放气的过程,结合变质量充放气系统
的热力学和车辆动力学理论,推导出空气悬架客车车身高度调节的数学模型;分
析了高度切换中的“过充”、“过放”及振荡现象,提出了变速积分的 PID/PWM 高
度控制策略并进行了模拟仿真。半实物台架试验验证表明,所设计控制系统能够
满足高度调节要求。

【Abstract】The charging & discharging process of the electrically controlled air suspension
(ECAS) was studied, and a mathematical model of body height modulation was derived for bus by
combining theories of thermodynamics of variable-mass charging/discharging system and vehicle
dynamics. The problems of “over-charging”, “over-discharging” and oscillation during height
switchover were analyzed, and a height control strategy of variable integrator PID/PWM was
proposed and simulated. Finally the semi-physical rig testing proves that the designed control
system satisfies the requirement of height modulation.

柴油机NOx排放测量的不确定性研究

【摘要】介绍了不确定度的评定步骤,分析了影响 NOx 比排放量的因素,
导出了 NOx 比排放量不确定度的传播率。分别采用 A 类、B 类评定方法对各影
响因素的不确定性进行了计算评价,最终得到了 NOx 比排放量不确定度。分析
了各输入量对发动机功率和 NOx 质量流量的影响程度,为提高 NOx 排放的测量
的准确性提供了改进方向。

The Study of Uncertainty of NOx Emission for Diesel Engine

【Abstract】The evaluation procedure of uncertainty was introduced in the paper, the factors
influencing NOx specific emission were analyzed, and the uncertainty transfer ratio of NOx
emission specific emission was deduced. The uncertainty of those influencing factors was
calculated and evaluated with evaluation method A and evaluation method B respectively, and
finally the uncertainty of NOx specific emission was acquired. In addition, the influences of input
parameters on engine power and NOx mass flow were analyzed, providing method of improving
accuracy of NOx emission measurement.

【摘要】阐述了 M1 类车辆依据 ISO 362-1:2007《道路车辆加速行驶噪声测
量 工程法》的试验过程及数据处理方法,并结合实例进行验证。阐述了目标加
速度值和参考加速度值的内涵。针对测试过程中存在的挡位初步选择、入线速度
及预加速距离估算等技术难点,提出了一种实用方法:在噪声测试前采用速度、
加速度、位移数据采集设备及触发装置对样车进行加速试验,通过对车辆加速特
性进行分析,即可快速解决上述技术问题。

【 Abstract 】 The test process and data processing method of Category M1 vehicle in
accordance with ISO362-1: 2007 "Measurement of noise emitted by accelerating road
vehicles--Engineering method" is introduced and verified with example in this paper. Meanings of
target acceleration and reference acceleration are also analyzed. And several technical problems
exist in the test procedure, . gear ratio selection, calculation of test speed and pre-acceleration
distance. These problems can be solved quickly through acceleration test using speed, acceleration
and shift data acquisition equipments and trigger before noise test and the succeeding acceleration
characteristics analysis of vehicles.

白车身薄板件焊接装配误差的研究

【摘要】白车身薄板件焊接装配误差主要来源于板件误差、焊装夹具误差、
焊装过程误差及焊装后回弹等方面,分析了各种误差对装配件误差的影响。重点
阐述了板件误差对装配件误差的影响,利用有限元方法建立了薄板件焊装过程的
仿真模型,并给出了装配件误差的计算方法。通过实例证明了理论分析和计算方
法的有效性,该方法可适用于任意板件和多焊点的装配误差分析。

Study on Assembling Error of BIW Sheet

【Abstract】Assembling error of BIW sheet metal welding mains comes from sheet metal
error, welding jig error, error during welding and resilience after welding, effect of different kinds
of errors on assembles errors is analyzed in the paper, with focus on the impact of part error on
assemblies error. With the finite element method, a model simulating the welding process of sheet
metal parts is established and the calculation method of assembly error is proposed. Effectiveness
of theoretical analysis and calculation method is validated with examples, the method is applicable
to analysis of assembling error of any sheet metal parts and multi welding points.
