黑山森林生态旅游区地处小兴安岭南麓余脉浅山区，距巴彦县城 45 公里，东与
木兰、东北与庆安县东风林场相邻。此地是野猪、鹿、狍、熊、狐、鹰、飞龙等珍
禽异兽的主要栖居地，山中还有石灰石、石墨、石英、硫磺等矿藏，以建筑沙石料
分布最广。黑山风景秀丽，多天然形成。有“神龟山”、“小龙山”、“神仙罗”、“飞龙
泉”、“盘龙岭”等十余处自然奇异景观。其中盘龙岭海拔 455 米，并在顶峰修建一座
高 30 米的了望塔。站在塔顶，远处的村落如同棋盘上星罗密布的棋子，由其在天将
下雨之际观赏，雾锁山头，峰峦偶尔露出一角；云气弥漫，似大海般波涛翻滚，十
分峥嵘壮观，被列入巴彦十大景观之一，并命名为“黑山云海”。
该旅游区分为林场场部中心区、神龟山休闲区、生态保护区、科普观赏区、登
山活动区和越野滑雪区六个大区。可重点建设植物园、森林生态科普馆、野生动物
园、水上活动区、冰上运动培训基地、休闲会议中心等项目。
海般波涛翻滚，十分峥嵘壮观，被列入巴彦十大景观之一，并命名为“黑山云海”。

Heishan Forest Ecological Tourist Zone is located in the shallow mountain areas in southern
foot of Lesser Xing’an Mountains, its 45km from Bayan County, and it’s adjacent to Mulan in
east and it’s adjacent to Qing’an County and Dongfeng Forestry Center in northeast. It’s a major
inhabiting place of boar, deer, roe deer, bear, fox, hawk, pterosaur, and other rare birds and
beasts, there are limestones, graphites, quartz, sulfurs and other mineral deposits in the
mountains, and the building sand gravels are widely distributed. Heishan has beautiful scenery,
and most of them are formed naturally. There are more than 10 natural strange landscapes as
“Mysterious Tortoise Mountain”, “Small Dragon Mountain”, “Shenxianluo”, “Flying Dragon
Fountain” and “Winding Dragon Mountain”, etc. The altitude of Winding Dragon Mountain is
455m, a 30-m-high Watchtower is built on the peak. Standing on the top of the Watchtower, the
distant villages are just as dense chess, especially watch on cloudy days before rain., the peak is
surrounded with thick fogs, and sometime a corner of the peak appears; the cloud and fog are
just like the sea with billows, which are gorgeous and splendid, it’s listed as one of the top 10
landscapes and is named as “Heishan Cloud Sea”.
The tourist area is divided into central zone of Forestry Center, Recreational Zone of
Mysterious Tortoise Mountain, Ecological Protection Reserve, Scientific Popularization
Watching Zone, Mount Climbing Zone and Field Skiing Zone, 6 major zones. The construction
could be focused on Arboretum, Forest Ecology Scientific Popularization Museum, Wild
Animal Zoo, Water Event Zone, Ice Sports Training Base, Recreational Conference Center, etc.
Giant sea billows are very gorgeous and splendid, it’s listed as one of top 10 landscapes in
Bayan, and it’s named as “Heishan Cloud Sea”. Heishan Lake Tourist Resort is built at the
mountain pass, it integrates wit restaurant, accommodation, entertainment and fishing, and it has
infused vitalities to Heishan Landscape Area.
