Studied and analysed the current state operations of payments.
Designed the future state operations, with the new FT application in mind, by benchmarking current workflow to leading market practices.
Identified gaps inherent in the current state operations in order to facilitate the change management process.
Confirmed with Bank A on their readiness to accept new workflow and willingness and ability of IT to incorporate the new funds transfer application into the existing IT infrastructure.
